The end of a provincial grant means a window on the world is closing for more than a thousand British Columbians who are deafblind. In 2022, the province announced 740,000 dollars to hire four specially trained staff to be the eyes and ears of deafblind people. But now as Grace Ke reports, that funding is coming to an end.
