NATO’s secretary-general says the intergovernmental alliance is currently in “crisis mode” related to defence spending. Mark Rutte made the comments Monday while speaking at a panel discussing the ongoing Russia-Ukraine War at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland.
