A Halifax company is making progress in the fight against infectious diseases. MedMira’s newly manufactured HIV-Syphilis rapid test has recently received approval from Health Canada. Officials with the company say the device will help combat rising HIV and Syphilis rates across the country. Mitchell Bailey reports.
